ups Day in week 2
Yesterday I had to cancel the training, unfortunately, or I have forgotten it simply, For this reason, I get the day after easily.
My current training schedule is as follows: first
Set of 16 push-ups
second Rate = 17 pushups
third Rate = 14 pushups
4th Rate = 14 pushups
5th Rate = maximum load but at least 20 Liegestütze.Ruhephase between sets 120 seconds with demand it can be more.
