How Should I Water My Slab

100 push-ups 2 day in week 3

My current training plan looks like this: first
Rate = 20 pushups 2nd
Set = 25 pushups
third Rate = 15 pushups
4th Rate = 15 pushups
5th Rate = maximum load at least 25 Liegestütze.Ruhephase between sets 90 seconds at necessary, it can be more.

(18:40) 20 push-ups completed successfully me (18:42) the next 25 and my daughter is allowed the fun of me a couple of pillows, as additional weight to put on the back. (18:43) the next 15 I started again a little to go on the Handgelänke, one would need some kind of grip anchoring on the ground, I appreciate suggestions. (18:46) The next 15, I mastered them with flying colors. Now for the Free Skating (18:48) and only 21 push-ups completed, the first decline during my training time, this means to me which I will repeat on Friday the current training schedule. Sun shifts in the training plan after all one day behind. Menno is that the self test failed 100 push-ups in 6 weeks? If it but now 6 weeks + 1 day. Anyway, I'm sticking to it and will run through the training program. After all, I have already 96 pushups in 5 sets managed, would be ridiculous if I end the 6 weeks that would not create the piece and put on it at least 4. I'll keep you up to date, your
