100 push-ups, such as self-training on Wednesday
Since I on Wednesday in the last sentence a little bin failed, I would repeat the training schedule for Wednesday once again today.
The training plan is again as follows: first
Rate = 20 pushups 2nd
Set = 25 pushups
third Rate = 15 pushups
4th Rate = 15 pushups
5th Rate = maximum load at least 25 Liegestütze.Ruhephase between sets 90 seconds at necessary, it can be more.
(10:55) placed the first 20 or less loosely behind me, (10.57) to 18 pieces left me the pleasure today. Failed to self-test? I'm still depressed from the last time today so I do not really dare? Or just leave me just the desire?

How Should I Water My Slab

(18:43) the next 15 I started again a little to go on the Handgelänke, one would need some kind of grip anchoring on the ground, I appreciate suggestions. (18:46) The next 15, I mastered them with flying colors. Now for the Free Skating (18:48) and only 21 push-ups completed, the first decline during my training time, this means to me which I will repeat on Friday the current training schedule. Sun shifts in the training plan after all one day behind. Menno is that the self test failed 100 push-ups in 6 weeks? If it but now 6 weeks + 1 day. Anyway, I'm sticking to it and will run through the training program. After all, I have already 96 pushups in 5 sets managed, would be ridiculous if I end the 6 weeks that would not create the piece and put on it at least 4. I'll keep you up to date, your

Today's training I can, according to training plan 90 seconds between each set of time to rest. (But longer if necessary)
first Rate = 14 pushups 2nd
Set of 16 push-ups
third Set of 12 push-ups
4th Set of 12 push-ups
5th = Maximum rate, but at least 17 times fresh
Well then set to work. Musical support I get now from Iron Maiden Fear of the dark
(10.30) 14 Stück mit Spass vollbracht. (10:33) die nächsten 16 schon ne` Hammerzahl, aber auch mit bravur gemeistert. (10:35) Auch die nächsten 12 werden von mir, noch relativ leicht, gemeistert.(10:37) die nächsten 12 fielen wieder sichtlich schwerer, woran das nur liegen mag?
(10:40) Und ab an die Belastungsgrenze, diese heute bei 18 Stück lag, danach hatte ich aber auch wirklich genug trainiert.

Today I start now in the 2nd Week in my self-test 100 push-ups in 6 weeks, the training schedule for the first day of the second weeks looks to me now as follows: first
Rate = 14 pushups 2nd
Set = 14 push-ups
third Set of 10 push-ups
4th Set of 10 push-ups
5th Rate = maximum load but at least 15 push-ups.
rest between sets 60 seconds necessary, it can be more.
If we compare this plan with the first week, then a significant increase in falls, and yet somehow I know it will in the next few weeks much more, because you look times in Week 6 , is a rather dizzy when sight of the numbers. But since I'm not ready, I have left me a little time to prepare.
will now Well then I get started once the first set, so did the weekend über genug Zeit gehabt meinen Muskeln eine Ruhephase zu gönnen.
(8:10) die ersten 14 genüßlich absolviert, ehrlich die vielen mir nun, dank dem Training aus Woche 1, wirklich leicht. (8:11) und gleich die nächsten 14 hinterher, bis jetzt immer noch Easy, was mir zeigt das dieses Training wirklich etwas bringen mag.
(8:13) der 3. Satz mit seinen 10 Stück, verließ nun doch schon etwas von Anstrengung verspüren. (8:14) der 4. Satz wäre auch vollbracht, jedoch der letzte Liegestütz viel mir deutlich schwer, somit für mich ein Zeichen eine etwas längere Ruhephase einzuleiten, ich lege also 60 sekunden drauf und starte mit Satz 5 (8:17) und vermag zu verkünden: "Bei 17 1 / 2 was then but wirlich circuit "
