Since I on Wednesday in the last sentence a little bin failed, I would repeat the training schedule for Wednesday once again today.

The training plan is again as follows: first
Rate = 20 pushups 2nd
Set = 25 pushups
third Rate = 15 pushups
4th Rate = 15 pushups
5th Rate = maximum load at least 25 Liegestütze.Ruhephase between sets 90 seconds at necessary, it can be more.

(10:55) placed the first 20 or less loosely behind me, (10.57) to 18 pieces left me the pleasure today. Failed to self-test? I'm still depressed from the last time today so I do not really dare? Or just leave me just the desire?
