Today I had an impulse to quit smoking.
all know how unhealthy smoking is. However, it
has its charm (and for billions of people around the world ... just like me!)
Everyone has their own motive:
- stress management

reward - a sense of belonging
- Appetite
- etc. However
am I became pensive again today.

... weakens my vitals

... is a neurotoxin

There is even the wildest Non smoking books "Finally Non smoking", "The psychology of the blue haze," "Non smoking in 5 hours," "Forever Non smoking" .....
There is self-hypnosis, acupuncture, Non smoking chewing gum, the Non smoking syringe, and things of which I know nothing as yet to stop smoking.
But these remedies used something?
