Good for the skin:
- vitamin, fiber and zinc-rich diet
- sweating (sauna) stimulates the metabolism and blood circulation
- Regular and adequate sleep
- frequent walks and sunlight (but only in moderation )
- enough water to drink
bad for the skin:
- cooling, heating air and dry indoor climate
- Too much sun: sunburn (UVB rays), but also the daily UV-A radiation promotes skin aging
- nicotine and too much alcohol
- Irregular and too little sleep
- emissions, air pollution
- stress and hassle
