Good for the skin:

  • vitamin, fiber and zinc-rich diet
  • sweating (sauna) stimulates the metabolism and blood circulation
  • Regular and adequate sleep
  • frequent walks and sunlight (but only in moderation )
  • enough water to drink

bad for the skin:

  • cooling, heating air and dry indoor climate
  • Too much sun: sunburn (UVB rays), but also the daily UV-A radiation promotes skin aging
  • nicotine and too much alcohol
  • Irregular and too little sleep
  • emissions, air pollution
  • stress and hassle
